We have systems in place for all staff to work from home with secure online systems to conduct business by phone and email.
Currently our office is open for normal office hours 9am – 5pm; however, please contact us by phone or email prior to any unscheduled visit, so we can discuss how best we can assist you. Where a face-to-face meeting is important for the conduct of your matter, we will make arrangements with you.
Please feel free to email or call us as you would normally.
If you do visit our offices, we ask you to follow Public Health England guidance concerning:
- thorough and frequent hand washing
- coughing and sneezing into tissues and disposing of them
- avoiding touching your face
This is to protect you, other visitors to our office and our team, some of whom may be particularly vulnerable if exposed to Covid-19.
We also ask you to observe wider Public Health England guidance concerning possible self-isolation if you display symptoms of Covid-19, have been in close contact with others displaying symptoms or have recently returned to the UK from certain other countries, regions or cities.
